🚨 BOMBSHELL: SPEAKER MIKE JOHNSON THREATENS TO DEFUND RADICAL COURTS IN DEFENSE OF PRESIDENT TRUMP

In a seismic development rocking Washington, House Speaker Mike Johnson has issued a powerful warning to far-left activist judges orchestrating what he calls an “all-out judicial assault” on President Donald J. Trump. Speaking with force and clarity, Johnson declared that Congress has both the authority and the obligation to take action — including defunding or dismantling rogue federal courts — that are attempting to sabotage Trump’s second term.

Since his historic return to the White House on January 20, 2025, President Trump has faced an onslaught of legal attacks like never before. 137 politically motivated cases have been launched against him in under two months — a clear case of lawfare, not law and order. Only two of these cases have been closed, while the rest remain part of what many are calling a coordinated campaign to neutralize Trump’s presidency through the courts.

Speaker Johnson didn’t mince words:

“We do have authority over the federal courts, as you know. We can eliminate an entire district court. We have power over funding for the courts and all these other things. But desperate times call for desperate measures, and Congress is going to act. So stay tuned for that.”

That message — direct and uncompromising — sent shockwaves through the liberal media and judicial establishment, which has long believed itself to be untouchable. But Johnson made it clear: the era of unchecked judicial overreach is coming to an end.

During President Trump’s first term, activist judges issued a staggering 65 nationwide injunctions — a record-breaking figure used to block his agenda at every turn. Now, with the stakes even higher, these same forces have escalated their efforts. Many of these judges were appointed by Obama and Biden, and critics say they’re using their robes to wage political war.

Legal experts like Josh Hammer of the Article III Project have warned for months that “judicial insurrection” is underway. Appearing on Steve Bannon’s War Room, Hammer made it plain:

“This is no longer just legal disagreement — it’s regime warfare from the bench.”

The Supreme Court, too often silent in the face of this lawfare, has failed to restore balance. With no other option, Congress is preparing to act — using its Constitutional powers over the judiciary to protect the will of the American people.

The left, of course, is howling that Johnson’s move is an “attack on democracy.” But Americans are waking up to the real threat: unelected judges nullifying the voice of the voters.
